Flayr Child Safety Standards

Effective date: 27 July 2026

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Metamersist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Metamersist," "we," "us," or "our") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind on Flayr. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other content or behavior that endangers a minor. Any account found to engage in or facilitate this activity is permanently banned, its content is removed, and the matter is referred to law enforcement as described below.

2. How to Report a Concern

Anyone — a Flayr user or not — can report a child safety concern:

  • In the app: open the profile, signal, or content in question, choose Report, and select "Child safety concern" from the reason list.
  • By email: contact info@metamersist.com with as much detail as you can provide (account name/link, description, screenshots).

3. How Reports Are Handled

Reports flagged as child safety concerns are placed in a separate, high-priority queue and targeted for initial review within 1 hour of submission — far faster than our general report queue (24 hours). On review, we:

  • Immediately suspend the reported account and remove the reported content pending investigation
  • Preserve the reported content and associated account records as evidence
  • Escalate confirmed or suspected CSAM/CSAE to the appropriate authorities (Section 4)
  • Permanently ban accounts confirmed to have violated this policy

4. Reporting to Authorities

Flayr operates in India. Confirmed or suspected CSAM/CSAE is reported to:

  • India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and the 1930 cybercrime helpline
  • The NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org), which accepts reports internationally
  • Local law enforcement, where a credible and immediate risk to a child is identified

We cooperate with valid law enforcement requests related to child safety and retain relevant records to support investigations, consistent with our privacy policy.
